Welcome to Nio-B.com! I’m so excited for this website. My name is Naoibe (pronounced Nai-oh-bee), and no, I’m not from some cool foreign country. I just have eccentric parents who happen to have chosen an eccentric name for their first and only daughter. I used to hate my name growing up, but it’s grown on me over the years. Now, I wouldn’t change my name for the world! It reflects my individuality, sense of style, and spunk.

This blog will mostly be all about my biggest passion: health! I love finding new ways to make myself feel good, and will be sharing these new ways with you from now on. I may choose to blog about a few other things down the road… it’s all a work-in-progress, so we’ll see!
